Knowledge of the Word of God is more important. Meditating it day & night and not letting it depart from our mouths, makes one’s life successful (Psalms 1:1-3; Joshua 1:8). But more important is that we apply the word of God in our day-to-day lives and be transformed according to it. There is a saying which goes as, ‘Satan preaches the Bible’, and we all know how Satan tested Jesus Christ who is called ‘The Word of God’ with the Word of God (Matthew 4:3-10). Not keeping the known Word of God is like seeing the dirt in our face in a mirror and walking away carelessly without washing the filth (James 1:22-24). Knowledge is a necessity whereas change of life is an inevitability.
