See, we ought to understand very clearly that in whichever situation we are under constant pain and continuous annoyance, God has an obligation for us to be accomplished. We see Joseph being hated by his brothers just because his father loved him more. They didn’t talk with him in peace (Genesis 37:4). When he had a dream that he shared with his brothers, they hated him even more, and they even envied him (Genesis 37:5). When their brothers were away, Jacob sent Joseph to them with an assignment to see if everything was well with them. Immediately on seeing him, they conspired to kill him (Genesis 37:18). They removed his clothes and cast him into a waterless pit, and finally sold him as a slave to the Midianites (Genesis 37:23-24,28). Having faced continuous attacks from his brothers for no reason, Joseph tells his brothers in Egypt that they planned evil but God had a greater plan about him to save the lives of his brothers and many other people (Genesis 50:20-21). So let us never permit any pain or anger to overcome us but let us overcome them with good, knowing God has a superior task for us to be done. God bless us! (Romans 12:21)
